Recipe by Krumkake: Cheesy Chicken And Black Bean, Corn And Spinach Burritos
    Good flavor.
Recipe has a couple of problems.
Doesn't include the corn or when to dump it in the mix. I used cream corn instead of whole kernel, as mother doesn't like whole kernel. It made the mix a little soupier than I would have liked. Used equal amounts of black bean and corn.
Doesn't say to cook the chicken until done.
I used fresh from the garden basil instead of spinach. Divided the basil in half and added the first half with the chicken and the second portion at the end when adding the sour cream.
Used home made sour cream, in this instance Creme Fraiche.
Didn't bother frying the burrito at the end.

I took a look at that recipe and it looked good to me. It seems, however, that there is no corn in the recipe and the title is a typo. ?? Corn would be good in it though. I don't care for sour cream but it looks like it could be left out.

Was waiting on some feedback from Krumkake.
I think the sour cream is to cut the heat if you use too much.

I looked at this recipe the other day and didn't even notice corn wasn't listed! It does sound good and I bet Krumcake meant to add corn as one of the ingredients:)

Same recipe, same omissions. Wonder if Krumkake was having a senior moment.

Good grief...big-time senior moment, brain fart, whatever you want to call it, I did it! I've corrected the recipe, and hopefully will go more smoothly for the next person to try it! Thanks everyone, for your patience!! And you are so right, points - I always use sour cream to tame the heat for my sensitive heat sensor!
