Meatball Stuffed Shells

    OMG Frankieanne, you maybe onto something.Why?These were so good that it may head in the rest of Chris's (My Boyfriend) family on the recipe.Meatball Stuffed Shells. These were so good.
    Here's what I did.Stead of using the frozen cooked meatballs that I made my own version of the meatballs (and of course a few of you knows that I have my own meatball recipes size my aunt by marriages (Kathy's Barbecue Meatballs).Frankieanne, I seen the photo that you have on your page.Chris was at the store this morning after he got off from work (Chris works nights and heads to the store as long we need something from Wal*Mart) and he grabed the Jumbo Manicotti (As you seen the photo in this) and not realizing it on what I need for the recipe).That's okay.It came out pretty good.I believe that Chris's mom is going to "LOVE" these.I hope any ways.
    As long my birth mom was still alive today that my mom would be 62 years old.Happy Birthday to my mom.I really would believe that my mom would as well love these too.

    Frankieanne, you are so welcome for me making it.The thing was that I wasn't for sure how that was going to be on adding the meatballs to the manicotti.Does it matter what type of jumbo size noodle it was?Chris was telling me that the last time that I used them manicotti that it didn't look as big as these ones were when I made something the last time when I stuffed them noodles with what ever I had made at the time.I was afraid of that though.At least they came out pretty good.You are so welcome for the review.I hope so too that Chris's mom enjoys them as well.

    Thank you NPMarie.I wasn't for sure on how those photo's were going to take.I'm glad that I had wrote it down like I did because I had spaghetti sauce to use up.You know how most people get's those coupens out of Sunday's paper?Well I had two coupens for the Ragu sauce and I bought two of the chicken one and two of the spaghetti sauce.It seems like I use more on the chicken then I do for the spaghetti sauce.

    Mommyluvs2cook, thank you.I had three of the ingredients and had to get the noodles. That's why I've been going back to the bookmarks and written them down on paper and adding them to my book.NPMarie, I think I may've seen them.I'll check it out again.

    The thing that I meant to say that I had forgotten all about.On the shredded mozzarella cheese.I know that it says 2 cups of it.All I done is sprinkled enough of the cheese on top and I still got some of the cheese left for what ever meal I have next.

    Good4U, that's the reason why I had saved [bookmarked] it like I did.I thought that I would rewrite it again because I had to hurry to write it down on this scrap paper so that I can have it to write it down.I'm thankful that I had made it like I did.Now it'll be in the recipe box for Chris and his family.What's up with the bump though NPMarie & Good4U?I thought that I would ask.
