Raspberry Spinach Salad
One of my oldest bookmarks.
Raspberries are buy one get one free here! Woo hoooo! My favorite berry. I need something for a co-worker's birthday on Monday so maybe I'll look for something else raspberry around here! :)
A good salad. I had it for dinner. It wasn't enough for dinner. It felt like lunch, although the salad was good. But, now I want a piece of chicken. Or a BLT. Or a Big Mac. Or some pizza :) I'm still hungry.

Wow Frankieanne. Gorgeous foodie pictures. Nice job! I make a similar recipe using strawberries but the raspberry jam is an interesting addition. LOVE the spinach. I too am a raspberry fan. A salad just isn't going to do it for me for dinner either. Not sure it would even do for lunch. Sending you some 'virtual' protein.

Thank you, ladies. It was a pretty salad and the dressing is pretty, too. I think shrimp would be great with this. I ended up having a little bowl of potato salad to fill me up. :)

Thanks for the link, Bakerme. That does look good. My mom gave me some peaches yesterday so I will mix them with raspberries and give this All Fruit Cobbler a try. I'll report back tomorrow after it (hopefully) gets eaten!
