Ingredients

How to make it

  • Make slits in the potatoes, width-wise, but do not sever the slices
  • Insert carrot slivers into each slit
  • Place a generous blob of butter on each potato
  • Cover with a strip os the cheese, cut into 3/4 inch slices
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and marjoram
  • Bake @ 350*F until potatoes are soft, OR grill on medium-high flame for 45 to 50 minutes, covered loosely with foil
  • Serve immediately.

    Oh yeah... This will be good. I have done with thin slices of onion in place of carrot. But so many do not "appreciate" onion...So now will offer both! LOL
