  • Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces chicken breast; cooked, deboned, julienned
  • 3 shallots; peeled and chopped
  • 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes — sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound penne — cooked
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • OR
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan — grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil — julienned
  • .

Directions
  1. Directions:
  2. Saute shallots in oil for 2 minutes or until soft. Add chicken and tomatoes and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Add cream and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve immediately. Eat and enjoy!
