Just wanted to let you know I made these again last night w/shredded 4 Italian cheese (parmesan, asiago, romano, and provolone), and green onions this time but didn't manage to cut out any fat yet.. naughty us. Either way, this has become a fast favorite in our house. Thanks again!

I made this last night and it was just wonderful! I cut the recipe down to 1/4 and it was just enough for the two of us. I must admit I made the "fat" version of these b/c I had full fat cream cheese and half & half. I do not have bacon salt so I left that out and added a bit of freshly ground black pepper and used chives (not sure if it was supposed to be scallions but that's what I had). Finally, I used shredded Romano instead of Parm b/c I had some I wanted to use up. My beau said "top ten hands down!" so we'll be having this again. Maybe next time I can even cut down the fat.. :-)

I just made this for dinner and it was wonderful! Instead of using 1/3 less fat cream cheese, I used fat free to make it as "skinny" as possible. It was fantastic with a green salad!
