Ingredients

How to make it

  • Stir fry pork and veggies in small amount of oil.
  • Add corn starch, water, and chilli sauce, removing from heat.
  • Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • As oven preheats, place a teaspoon of filling in each won ton and wrap, sealing four corners underneath and placing on cookie sheet.
  • When all are wrapped and on the sheet, spray tops lightly with cooking oil.
  • Place in oven for five minutes, or until browned.
  • Flip over, serving with dipping sauce of choice.

    Yes, I think any ground meat would work. You could add a lamb-appropriate spice to it, as well to change it up. I don't usually cook with lamb, so you'll have to provide the spice idea. How do you think mint would be? Anyway, I was late seeing the question, but am responding for any who may still wonder, on reading yours. ;o)

    The sauce is a sweet/hot sauce sold in groceries here as an import from Thailand. It comes in a bottle that looks like a ketchup bottle, with a yellow label, and the sauce itself is red with visible bits of pepper and pepper seeds suspended throughout.
