Ingredients

How to make it

  • prepare the pan with olive oil & butter, melted
  • cube the potatoes
  • chop onion coarsely
  • add to pan
  • add salt, pepper and garlic
  • fry until potatoes are lightly browned, then add the lemon juice and continue frying until golden
  • sprinkle with parsely and serve
