Great dish as a side or dessert and easy to make and looks pretty too!!

Ingredients
- 1 small pkg Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 cup mini-marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix pudding with the undrained pineapple
- Add Cook Whip and blend
- Fold in marshmallows and nuts
- Put in serving bowl
- Chill overnight

Very similiar to a recipe I have from a friend in Sussex, Wi.
She added mandarin oranges and coconut. It was called Pistachio Fruit Salad.
