Great dish as a side or dessert and easy to make and looks pretty too!!

Ingredients
  • 1 small pkg Instant Pistachio Pudding
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup mini-marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
  1. Mix pudding with the undrained pineapple
  2. Add Cook Whip and blend
  3. Fold in marshmallows and nuts
  4. Put in serving bowl
  5. Chill overnight

Very similiar to a recipe I have from a friend in Sussex, Wi.
She added mandarin oranges and coconut. It was called Pistachio Fruit Salad.
