This is a delicious finish for any steak!
Ingredients
- 1 stick of unsalted butter,room temparature shopping list
- 1 tsp. horseradish shopping list
- 1 tsp. good Dijon mustard. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all above ingrediants well
- Form in parchment paper.
- roll,tie ends.
- refrigerate or freeze for later use.
- This will add so much flavor to any cut.
