Ingredients
  • 1 medium ham, trimmed of fat
  • 2 pounds kale
  • 1 medium sweet onion

Directions
  1. 1.Boil kale and onions until the stiffness is gone from the kale. Drain.
  2. 2.Using a wide knife, stick holes into the ham half way through. Make sure the slits run parallel to the bone or the kale will fall out too easily when sliced.
  3. 3. Stuff the kale/onion mixture into the holes you have created.
  4. 4. Bake the ham in a roasting pan for about 20 minutes per pound.

Kale on any kind of pork is really tasty! It blends well with the saltyness. I wanna try this one. Great Pictures.

Alterations

Well, the best alteration would be for me to finish the instructions. First timer, brain lock. You have to stuff the kale and onion mix into the holes you cut into the ham. I know that is basic but I don't know how to edit a submitted recipe yet.
