How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place eggs and cracker crumbs in 2 seperate shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic,salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the eggs,then dredge in crum mixture to coat.
  • Arrange coated chicken in 9x13" baking dish. Place pieces of butter around the chicken. Bake for 40 mins or till chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
