This is my take on Ina Gartens Homemade Mac and Cheese. It's so good, but it's a little rich for us - so Ithis version is a little lighter. *Also great with the additon of light herbs, or a smidge of garlic. Do be gentle with either, because the cheese is really subtle and delicious.

I tried this last week and it is awesome! I love the addition of the spanich and tomato! It is a keeper and will be going to a lot of pot lucks this winter!

Lollya, this sounds and *looks* wonderful. You know pictures sure make recipes pop. They make you want to rush right into the kitchen and try them! Your the best, as always :D
