This marinade will tenderize the toughest of meat! A variation of what was once used at the Plank House Restaurant in Atlanta Georgia. Passed on to me by my mother who used to manage there. Ingredients
- Makes One Quart shopping list
- 3/4 cup oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh oregano minced shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups Burgundy wine shopping list
- 1 1/4 tbsp fresh pressed garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for 1 to 24 hours depending on cut of meat.
- Leftover marinade can be brought to a boil and used as a sauce to serve over the meat
- We have only tried this marinade on Beef!
