Stuff Yourself Stroganoff Recipe

This is a modification of a Better Homes and Gardens recipe. It is luscious!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. sirloin
- 2-3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Dash black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 lb. chopped fresh mushrooms (opt.)
- Hot buttered noodles with dashes of oregano and thyme
Directions
- Lightly freeze sirloin - just until easily sliced.
- Slice steak paper thin, or it will be tough.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray.
- Brown steak with bacon.
- Add onion; cook until onion is softened, but not caramelized.
- Drain part of grease.
- Add seasonings; stir in soup (and mushrooms, if using).
- Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve over noodles.
