Stuff Yourself Stroganoff

                    - 1-1/2 lb. sirloin shopping list
 - 2-3 slices bacon, diced shopping list
 - 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste) shopping list
 - 1/4 tsp paprika shopping list
 - Dash black pepper shopping list
 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
 - 1/8 lb. chopped fresh mushrooms (opt.) shopping list
 - Hot buttered noodles with dashes of oregano and thyme shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Lightly freeze sirloin - just until easily sliced.
 - Slice steak paper thin, or it will be tough.
 - Spray skillet with cooking spray.
 - Brown steak with bacon.
 - Add onion; cook until onion is softened, but not caramelized.
 - Drain part of grease.
 - Add seasonings; stir in soup (and mushrooms, if using).
 - Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
 - Serve over noodles.

This was absolutely delicious!! I made a few adjustments to the method (see full review in I Made It Group), but nothing too drastic. This one is definitely worth giving a try - you'll stuff yourself for sure!! I'm also planning to give this a try...more
