Cheeseburger Submarines

Tonight I made Cheeseburger Subs for the first time...I didn't measure so it's a guesstimate.....They are so good
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 chipotle in adobo sauce, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. adobo sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 slices of any cheese you like (I used American) shopping list
- 2 Sub rolls shopping list
- butter shopping list
- Toppings of my choice shopping list
- tomato, sliced shopping list
- lettuce leaves shopping list
- red onion, finely sliced shopping list
- dill pickle, chopped shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ground beef, chipotle, adobo sauce, salt and pepper.
- Form into 2 patties long enough to fit sub rolls
- Cook on grill pan about 3 minutes each side adding cheese on second side
- Slice sub rolls and butter
- Add to grill pan and toast
- Once burger is done, put on roll and add toppings of your choice
