Black Olive Cake

- 2 cups chopped and pitted black olives shopping list
- 3/4 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions chopped finely shopping list
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon black seeds shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs then add yogurt and oil and mix well.
- Add olives, green onion, mint, red pepper flakes, salt and seeds to mixture and mix.
- Add baking powder and flour.
- Mixture will be runny.
- Pour in a greased rectangular baking dish and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
- Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before you cut and serve.

Mmmmmmm... thank you for this recipe. I can hardly wait to prepare it!!! The only thing I must omit are the Poppy seeds but I'm sure that won't alter the taste. Thanks again.
