Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour baking chips into glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir well for at least 20 seconds. Return to microwave and continue to heat on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring well after every cycle, until completely smooth and melted.
  • Drop cookies a couple at a time into melted chocolate See Photo. With a fork, turn cookies to coat both sides, then remove(letting extra chocolate drip off) set on waxed paper.
  • Let cool at least 30 minutes.

    I forgot to post waaaaaaay back when I actually made these...they're perfect! Taste just like Thin Mints and super easy...glad you thought of it!!! :)

    What other type of choc.wafers are out there to use if you can't find the ones mentioned in the recipe? Any ideas??

    Oh Yeah!!! This would be great! I made a similar recipe from this site that used Ritz crackers and chocolate chips with mint extract...and they were perfect! So I know this would be perfect also and much easier using the Andes candy! Great idea Keni!

    you know what else i do they are sooo yummy and easy like this ......those little round minature peanutbutter crackers in the box i take them and melt chocolate bark or almond bark and dip them covering them and its done just like that and sooo yummy too

    OK, I really appreciate you posting the picture of the ingredients, that really helps! I did see both of those items before in the store, never bought the cookies. Now it will be really easy to locate the needed items, as well as make the recipe!
