The method of cooking the ribs in this recipe yields a tender fall apart rib :) No BBQ sauce necessary for this, I think it's perfect as is :) Put a little more in the IMI ------------> Crispy Beef Ribs In Oven

I have made these ribs at least a dozen time. I only use olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning. My family loves them. Tender and crispy!

Delicious, and so easy! I was worried that the ribs would be dry, but they were perfect. Many thanks for the recipe!

Thanks so much! I made these last night. 1st ribs I've ever prepared or cooked & it was super easy. Best of all, they turned out beautifully! Mine were perfectly done after only two hours at the reduced temp. I'd suggest to be careful with your seasoning, can easily be overly salty.

I know of at least two great BBQ rib joints that do their ribs in the oven. There spices are a bit different than yours but the method's the same and they are as good as ribs get. A great post and thanks. RJ
