Crispy Beef Ribs in Oven

- 2 good size rack of beef ribs shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- Sazon shopping list
- beef seasonings (ex: steak House Seasoning for beef, etc.) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- In rack pan, place a sheet of aluminum foil on bottom of pan, then place rack in pan
- Put ribs on rack
- Lightly coat ribs with olive oil
- Sprinkle seasoning over ribs, turn and repeat
- Put in oven at 400 for about 1/2 hour
- Lower heat to 300 and cook for 2-3 hours till crispy
- Enjoy

I have made these ribs at least a dozen time. I only use olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning. My family loves them. Tender and crispy!
