Bourbon Marinade

Bourbon lends a sweet,cinnamonlike flavor to meatand it marries well with acidic fruit ,tangy mustard and salty soy sauce.Wonderful on pork,white meat chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 c orange marmelade shopping list
- 1/3 c Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 c bourbon shopping list
- 1/4 c soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs finely chopped garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together well and marinate meat several hours or more.
