How to make it

  • Combine all dressing ingredients other than oil in medium glass bowl.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Slowly add olive oil, whisking constantly, to incorporate.
  • Arrange greens on individual plates or large serving dish. Top with sliced strawberries and green onions.
  • Add crumbled goat cheese and top with almonds
  • Dress just before serving

    My grandmother used to make something very similar to this only with russian dressing, onions and beets thrown in. I'd much rather have your lime dressing than the russian, so best believe I'll be trying this soon. I might substitute the goat cheese for babybel chunks though. Just because I'm overly picky with my cheeses.
