    Hi Carmie, the recipe reheats beautifully, just wrap it in plastic and store in the fridge, it'll last a few days that way although it deflates. I've not tried freezing it; I think that would screw up the texture quite a bit.

    wow - sounds kind of like a German Pancake? I've never thought to make them into a savory pancake, but what a great idea...I love this!!
