The recipe for this mix makes the best hot cocoa of all the mix recipes I've tried. It makes 1 huge batch that easily fills up a canister to keep on hand for those cold winter days. I double it and store it in a 3 lb. coffee can.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Marshmallows (optional)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Store in tightly covered container.
  3. To serve combine 3 (or more) tablespoons of mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend.
