3 medium bananas shopping list

How to make it

Peel your bananas first.
Cut them into small pieces.
Freeze for just 1-2 hours on a plate.
Blend, blend, blend - scraping down the bowl when they stick.
Enjoy the magic moment when they turn into ice cream!
note: Use very ripe bananas. Not brown mushy banana bread ripe, but ripe.

Perfectly refreshing. My 2-year-old and I just had this today; I did add a splash of vanilla almond milk. So delicious! I will definitely be making this again.

Thanks so much for posting this! Every year I put on a 5-course African dinner for the school auction. The dessert course is peanut ice cream or bananas glace. This will be a wonderful addition!

The only way it would be possible to make Ice Cream with one ingredient would be to take cream and churn it at a temperature of less than 32 F. This is more of a One Ingredient Ice Mush. Why not just make a smoothie?
