From DetroitTokyo 13 years agoIngredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 5 pounds chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Spread on chicken.
- Let the chicken marinate in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Cover chicken and bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
- **Notes
- -I let the chicken marinate overnight causing most of the marinade to be absorbed by the chicken. I discarded the remainder.
- -This recipe originally called for a whole chicken cut up. I used boneless skinless breasts, which I believe reduced the cook time.
- -You may also grill the chicken. I haven't tried it but I think it would be great.
