How I indulge my chocolate cravings when the afternoon slump hits!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup low-fat, plain soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp sugar-free, flavoured coffee syrup
- 1/3 cup hot strong coffee
Directions
- Mix cocoa, brown sugar, and salt in a mug.
- Heat soy milk in the microwave (be careful, it can curdle if it boils!!).
- Pour a little bit of boiling water into the cocoa mixture and stir to a paste.
- Add the hot soy milk, vanilla, syrup and coffee and blend well.
- Enjoy!

I do something like this, but it's much quicker all I do is mix half coffee and half Chocolate Almond Milk together when I need a little boost. I'm not suppose to drink coffee so don't tell anyone! :)
