How to make it

  • 1. Preheat the oven at 375°. On a cooking sheet, place a sheet of wax paper or a sheet of silicone.
  • 2. In a pan, add the milk, the water and the butter. Bring to boiling at medium heat. Then remove the pan from fire and add the flour. Mix and put it back on the fire while constantly mixing until the pastry takes off the sides and the bottom of the pan.
  • 3. Add the eggs one at time and mix after each one. Put the mixture in a ziploc bag (which you'll cut one bottom corner). Form 16 balls the size of a nut on the cooking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until the balls are gold and fatty :P.
  • 4. Let them cool for some time.
  • The chocolate sauce:
  • 1. In a small pan, melt the chocolate, the butter and the cream at low heat. Reserve
  • When you want to serve, cut the balls into two half and place a small bowl of vanilla ice cream in the middle to form a little sandwich. Then dispose them in plates and generously pour some chocolate sauce over it.

    I don't have it that often, but I sure do like Toblerone chocolate. That sounds like a great addition to this recipe.
