Parmsean Garlic Buttered Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1/3 cup butter at room temperature shopping list
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped shopping list
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons each finely chopped parsley and grated parmesean cheese shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 12 large mushrooms shopping list
- 1 small baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter, shallot, parsley, cheese and pepper until well blended.
- Twist off mushroom stems; reserve for other uses. Evenly spoon butter mixture into mushroom caps
- Place mushrooms on cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches below heat for 5 minutes or until butter is melted. Place on top of a slice of baguette and enjoy!
