How to make it

  • Mix butter, shallot, parsley, cheese and pepper until well blended.
  • Twist off mushroom stems; reserve for other uses. Evenly spoon butter mixture into mushroom caps
  • Place mushrooms on cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches below heat for 5 minutes or until butter is melted. Place on top of a slice of baguette and enjoy!
