Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Heat the oil in a pan at high heat. When the thing is hot as crap, turn the fire lower and add the pepper (chopped as small as possible) and your garlic (chopped as well).
  • 2. When the garlic seems kinda gold, throw the tomatoes in and try to crush them. Turn the fire to low-medium and let it set for 20 minutes (mix it sometimes with a wooden spoon). When it has reduced, add the salt.
  • 3. Cook the pasta in boiling water and when they are ready, remove the water and throw the pasta in the pan (yes, the one with the sauce).
  • 4. Serve in a nice bowl and decorate with olive oil and some basil leaves
  • 5. Enjoy, comment, rate and subscribe !
  • PS: You can throw some kalamata olives that have not been marinating, oregano, or even some zucchini

I, too, am confused. Pecorino is only familiar to me as cheese. I looked on yahoo and found pecorino + peppers, not pecorino peppers. We all seem intriqued by your recipe but at sea re. this ingredient. HELP. By the way, I love how specific you are so results are optimal.

The simplest tomato sauces are always the best! What are pecorino peppers?
