How to make it

  • In med. bowl,combine all ingredientsexcept topping Shape into a loaf
  • Place in microwave in microwaveable dish(I use a large glass pie dish).
  • Whisk together ketchup and water. Pour over meatloaf.Top with onion slices Cover with wax paper and microwave on high 13-15 mins. or till desired doneness is reached.. Let stand 5 mins.

    This was so, so good! I loved the onions on top. They were soft but still crunchy and are a great addition. Done to perfection at 15 minutes. Added a couple of pictures. Thank you for leaving us such a great recipe, Pat! More here

    Hi Pat. I made this meatloaf a couple days ago, and my kids absolutely fell in love with it. They have already requested it again. I have a feeling I will be making this a-lot. I want to say Thank You from our 5 and 7 year old. – Jim
