Maryland Oyster Stew Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine tomatoes, potatoes,and oyster liquor.Add boiling water to cover and cook until tender. Add oysters,milk,and butter.Bring to a boil. Season with salt & pepper. serve in bowls add croutons.

    My mom loves when I make her Oyster Pie. I know she will enjoy this as soon as I can get it to her!! (We spent many years living in Maryland so that's what I attribute her seafood thing to!)
