Maryland Oyster Stew Recipe

Ingredients

1 pint tomatoes,fresh or canned

1 pint oysters

2 cups diced potatoes

1 pint whole milk

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbls butter

1 cup large croutons

2 cups oyster liquor

Directions

Combine tomatoes, potatoes,and oyster liquor.Add boiling water to cover and cook until tender. Add oysters,milk,and butter.Bring to a boil. Season with salt & pepper. serve in bowls add croutons.
