Trailer Park Surprise Casserole

GUILTY PLEASURE ALERT! cheesy tangy, surprisingly perfect comfort food :)
Ingredients
- 1 lb cruelty free grass fed beef or left over hormone free, cage free chicken shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 2 tsp spanish paprika shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or cheese soup shopping list
- 2 cups of your favorite salsa, i like pico de gallo shopping list
- 1 large bag of your fav corn chips, i like Doritos or fritos shopping list
- 3 cups of shredded cheese chedder or velvita divided in two shopping list
How to make it
- brown beef or shred chicken
- brown onion slightly add spices, stir
- add soup,salsa and half the cheese to pan
- crush chips slightly and pour into a 13x9 pan
- pour the soup mixture on top of chips and mix together
- pat mixture down in the pan til even and top with remaining cheese
- bake at 400* for 20 min or til cheese is slightly golden and melted
- let cool 5 - 10 min if possible and be surprised!
