Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in microwave safe dish.
  • Add cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar and stir to combine. See Photo
  • Break apart 1 loaf of the bread dough into about 1/2 inch sized roundish bits into bottom of sprayed or greased jumbo muffin tins or individual ramekins. See Photo
  • Spoon 2-3t of butter/cinnamon mix over each first layer of dough. See Photo
  • Top with another layer of dough bits and then spoon on remaining cinnamon mixture. See Photo
  • Cover loosely and set aside to rise for about 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until bread is golden brown, cinnamon sugar mixture is bubbly and all are cooked through. See Photo
  • For Icing

  • Combine all ingredients other than milk in electric or stand mixer and beat well. Add milk a lil at a time to get a drizzleable consistency. :)
  • Sinn-A-Melts were easily removed from my pans, which I was unsure about, so I drizzled the icing over them after I plated them, but while they were still warm.

    What do you think about using refrig. biscuits in the tubes? My daughter got a cupcake maker for her birthday I bet this would work it in too......She is in college and has made cupcakes for years and years-anytime a friend has a abirthday or there is a gathering of her friends she takes cupcakes.

    If only I wasn't being so good, these would make me bad. How could you say you could do better if you didn't try it? Some things could taste a lot better than they look.
