Chicken Cutlet Submarines

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and pounded to 1/4 inch then cut in half shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 submarine rolls shopping list
- lettuce, shredded shopping list
- tomato, diced shopping list
- onion, sliced shopping list
- pickle, chopped shopping list
- American cheese slices shopping list
- mayonnaise shopping list
- hot peppers shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Set up dredging station with 3 bowls, 1 flour, another with eggs and the last with bread crumbs,salt and pepper
- Add olive oil to skillet and set to medium high heat
- Dredge chicken in flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs
- Add to skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides
- Assemble sub rolls with mayo, hot peppers, cheese and cooked chicken
- Place on baking sheet and bake until cheese melts
- Add all veggies to top and enjoy!!!
