How to make it

  • In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayo, dill, hot sauce, mustard, green olives and garlic.
  • Spread evenly over cut sides of all pieces of bread.
  • Top with slices of cheese.
  • Add ham and pineapple pieces, then onion slices and tomato slices.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 400 for about 12-15 min until edges of bread are crusty and golden brown and cheese is melted.

    Crecky lady; yo did it again. I have to add a few mushrooms to this, of course. Great flavor combo; never wold have thought of the Dijon. I just made some fresh Peta bread and will try your recipe on that. Anon RJ
