Pro Bowl Bread

- 1 1lb loaf Italian bread, sliced in half, then each piece horizontally shopping list
- 8oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2-4T butter, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2t dried dill weed shopping list
- dash of hot sauce shopping list
- 2t Dijon or brown mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green olives shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine shopping list
- 1lb boneless ham steaks, cubed in 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 6oz sliced muenster cheese shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 can pineapple tidbits, drained well shopping list
- 1 large red onion, sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese(I used pepperjack and cojack) shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayo, dill, hot sauce, mustard, green olives and garlic.
- Spread evenly over cut sides of all pieces of bread.
- Top with slices of cheese.
- Add ham and pineapple pieces, then onion slices and tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 400 for about 12-15 min until edges of bread are crusty and golden brown and cheese is melted.
