Creamy Capers And Chops

- 3 pork chops, bone in or out, doesn't matter shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- S&P shopping list
- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 2Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 shallots, chopped or sliced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 2 Tbs capers shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh dill, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Season chops with garlic powder and S&P on both sides.
- Heat oil and butter on med high in a large saute pan and add chops. Cook about 1-2 minutes per side to brown See Photo. Remove and add wine to pan and cook about 30 seconds. Add shallots and about 1 minute later add garlic and cook until shallots are soft. Turn the heat down to med low and add the cream and capers. Put the pork chops back in the pan with the cream and cook until med to med well about 5 minutes per side. Plate chops and and add dill to sauce. Spoon caper sauce over the pork chops and enjoy!!!
