How to make it

  • Season chops with garlic powder and S&P on both sides.
  • Heat oil and butter on med high in a large saute pan and add chops. Cook about 1-2 minutes per side to brown See Photo. Remove and add wine to pan and cook about 30 seconds. Add shallots and about 1 minute later add garlic and cook until shallots are soft. Turn the heat down to med low and add the cream and capers. Put the pork chops back in the pan with the cream and cook until med to med well about 5 minutes per side. Plate chops and and add dill to sauce. Spoon caper sauce over the pork chops and enjoy!!!

    These were delicious and easy... a great combo. :) When I took the pic, my sauce was still REALLY hot...it thickened up as it cooled a bit. Served this with mashed potatoes and a fresh veggie salad, and the sauce was fantastic over the taters, too. :)
