  • Combine apples and lemon juice
  • Add all ingredients and completely combine
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before serving

    Finally got this made last night and it WAS just like Mom's! : ) I knew it would be. Loved, loved loved it! I used pecans, because that's what I had, and toasted them first. YUM! So glad you posted this recipe. It was a childhood favorite and I had never made it. Thanks!

    you know I lost my old recipe for a good waldorf and this sounds awesome I have some chicken in the fridge might just do this over salad for dinner tonight - trying to cut back and not eat as many carbs so this sounds great thanks for sharing
