I used to frequent a Cuban restaurant in Little Italy that had something similar, and I still dream about it! Will definitely try!

Now this is my kind of recipe! This sounds just wonderful and as we use the BBQ all year, this one will definitely be something that we'll eat often! Thank you so much for the recipe. And I must say that your Neomastiff is quite the cutie-pie, too! I have a 4yr old Neo! Best dogs, arent' they? Thanks again!

Thanks for adding me! I saw something similiar to this on Paula Deans show. She used Miracle Whip on the corn on the cob, then shook parmeson cheese, sprinkled over that with chili powder. We grilled ours out, it was AWESOME. Gotta watch the chili powder tho.
