How to make it

  • Rinse tenders and pat dry.
  • Combine flour with salt and pepper in a pie plate or similar.
  • Combine hot sauce, oregano, garlic powder and Worcestershire in a small cup. Set aside.
  • Dredge tenders in flour mixture.
  • Heat 1 1/2 tbsp butter over medium heat in a large skillet. When melted add tenders. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. Remove from skillet and set aside - tent with tin foil if desired.
  • Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add hot sauce mixture. Return tenders to pan and toss to coat.

    This chicken recipe was excellent. I used chicken breasts pounded in place of the tenders. My hubby loved the flavors. I cut mine up and loaded on a salad. Very easy to make. A keeper. Thanks for the recipe!
