Buffalo Chicken Tenders

- 1 lb chicken tenders shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper (approximately) shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (I used Frank's Red Hot) shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse tenders and pat dry.
- Combine flour with salt and pepper in a pie plate or similar.
- Combine hot sauce, oregano, garlic powder and Worcestershire in a small cup. Set aside.
- Dredge tenders in flour mixture.
- Heat 1 1/2 tbsp butter over medium heat in a large skillet. When melted add tenders. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. Remove from skillet and set aside - tent with tin foil if desired.
- Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add hot sauce mixture. Return tenders to pan and toss to coat.

This chicken recipe was excellent. I used chicken breasts pounded in place of the tenders. My hubby loved the flavors. I cut mine up and loaded on a salad. Very easy to make. A keeper. Thanks for the recipe!
