We LOVED this. So quick and easy but full of flavor. I used at least 3/4 cup hot sauce and it wasn't hot for us, at all. The butter really mellows the heat. Served it over butter/garlic rice as a meal, but it would have been great over toasts, too. Added some chopped chives at serving. Link in IMI Buffalo Shrimp

Made these lastnight & they are delicious! Just perfect! Remind me a bit of New Orleans BBQ'D shrimp. The sauce was so good it had to be savored - sopped it up with some crusty bread. The only thing missing was the beer ;-) Thanks for an awesome recipe!
