How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the flour, milk and vanilla.
- Stir in oats.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 3" apart.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly on sheets then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
