These sound wonderful. I love oatmeal cookies; there's not so much guilt when you eat them. This site it didn't think I would like this recipe. They must be crazy. I never met a cookie I didn't like. Well, okay, there was a mincemeat cookie I once had a disagreement with, but basically I'm friendly to all cookies.

I can't wait to try these. I Love lace cookies. Mmmm, I coat the backs with melted chocolate or dip half the cookie in chocolate. thanks for posting. You can sandwich 2 together with chocolate.
