How to make it

  • In a med. bowl, stir (or beat with mixer) together the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar until well combined. Chill. Makes 8 serving.

    2 year old grandson hooked on it! He's gotten used
    to it in so many things I prepare for him. His hot
    cerals, apple sauce, sweet potatoes, waffles, even peanut butter toast!

    This sounds yummy. They serve something like this at Texas roadhouse with their rolls and it is simply amazing!

    The comment about putting this on sweet potatoes made me smile. When visiting in the Durham, NC area we'd go to a steak place that served two small sweet potatoes with lots of butter and cinnamon. Just the smell was divine. since then we do a more moderate version, i.e. very little butter and oodles of cinnamon, but still get that happiness. I'm sure you'll get votes of appreciation re. this cinnamon butter. Not bad on a croissant, either.
