Lazy Apple Pie Recipe

This is the easiest apple pie ever.Taste like you put all the time and effort as a pie without the trouble of the pie crust.

Ingredients
- 5or6 apples
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp apple pie spice
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 3/4 cp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cp flour
- 1/2 cp chopped nuts
Directions
- grease 9inch pie plate with butter
- peel core and slice apples as you would for pie
- sprinkle tblsp sugar and spice on apples
- mix melted butter with 3/4 cp sugar add pinch of salt
- add beaten egg 1 cp flour
- spead batter over apples
- top with 1/2 cp chopped nuts
- bake @ 350 for 45-50min

Everyone has different taste and I am one that thinks any rating is a good rating.I so enjoy this site and not every recipe is a hit but keep on rating as you see fit.The pie does tend to get soft the next day so I put it under the broiler and crisp it up.To each his own and am sorry if the recipe did not suit your fancy but there are so many wonderful recipes, on to the next!!I wont be getting Kris involved till he is mad at me for my high ratings.LOL
