Quick Cajun Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

2 TBS cajun seasoning

2 TBS lemon juice - fresh

2 TBS parsley - fresh - chopped

1 TBS honey

1 TBS soy sauce

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1 lb. uncooked, large shrimp

cooked spaghetti or pasta of your choice

Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine first seven ingredients in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Add shrimp and toss to coat.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Toss shrimp with pan juices.

Serve over cooked spaghetti or pasta.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.

This can made in a saute' pan.
I start by heating the olive oil, add the shrimp, cook for a minute add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese and cook for a few minutes more. add a ladle of the pasta water and the firm pasta. Toss and Plate sprinkle with the cheese and serve.
* Make sure not to over cook the pasta it will continue to cook and absorb the flavor when you toss it together with the shrimp ans sauce.
