Ingredients
  • Rice mixed with Japanese sushi vinegar
  • Nori
  • Tobiko
  • Japanese Cucumber, cut in strips - length wise
  • Prepared Radish, cut in strips - length wise
  • Crab stick, cut in strips – length wise
  • Dried Ground

Directions
  1. How to do Tobiko Gungan Nigiri (top left):
  2. Grab a palm full of rice in your hand,
  3. Squeeze it to a rectanglar shape.
  4. Cut a piece of nori which in slightly higher than the rice ball.
  5. Wrap the nori around the rice ball.
  6. Scoop some Tobiko on the rice.
  7. Serve.
  8. How to do Crabstick Nigiri Sushi (top right):
  9. Grab a palm full of rice in your hand.
  10. Squeeze it to a rectanglar shape.
  11. Place a piece of crabstick on the rice ball.
  12. Cut a thin piece of nori.
  13. Wrap over the crabstick and rice ball.
  14. Serve.
  15. How to do Assorted Maki (bottom):
  16. Place a piece of nori the bamboo mat.
  17. Spread rice on 2 third of the nori.
  18. Place either cucumber, radish, crabstick, or dried ground
  19. *You can also put all the ingredients together. Then it will become Futomaki.
  20. Now start to roll. Squeeze slightly as you roll.
  21. Cut the roll into equally pieces
  22. Serve.
