Dulce De Leche Sauce

This sauce is originally pared with the recipe; "Mascarpone Cheesecake with Candied Pecans and Dulce de Leche Sauce", that I've posted, but can be used with any other recipe you'd like. (From "Bon App'etit Magazine)
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup (packed) dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
How to make it
- Combine whipping cream and brown sugar in heavy, medium-sized suacepan. Boil until mixture is reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. (Can be made 1 day ahead.) Cover and chill. Rewarm over medium-low heat just until warm and pourable.)
