How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except canola oil and mix well.
  • When ready to grill steaks, baste steak with enough canola oil to cover all surfaces of steak.
  • Rub in dry rub liberally then grill steaks on both sides until desired doneness.
  • Enjoy

    I loved this rub for myself and the adults in the house!! For the kids i cut the black pepper in half and the same with the cayenne and crushed red pepper.

    This steak rub is very very spicy. I'm still sneazing from the amount of pepper that went into it. My husband wouldn't even eat his whole steak, which is not like him, because he is a meat and potato kinda guy.
