My Zippy Dressing Recipe

The combinations seem "different" but oh my! It is delicious. :) I love fresh dressing!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- Wisk in a bowl and add it to any of your favorite salads and gently toss.
- It is unique and no one favor predominates.
- **Can be doubled and add the contents to a cruet to pass at the dinner table for those who may want extra.**

I had to try this when I saw 1 tablespoon of horseradish (love the stuff)! I could taste the maple syrup a bit too much for me. Maybe it is my brand of syrup or something. I think I would try it next time leaving the syrup out. Or maybe put a tablespoon in just so my guests would ask "What's that flavor?" :) Thank you.
