Love this as an appetizer with drinks and olives... eat it cold or warm, makes a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients
  • - 1 3/4 cup of flour
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 6 tbsp of oil
  • - 6 tbsp of dry white wine
  • - 1 1/4 cups of feta
  • - 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • - 1 cup of gruyère cheese, grated
  • - 1 teaspoon brewer's yeast
  • - Herbs of Provence to taste

Directions
  1. Mix the flour and eggs together, then add the oil and the white wine, then the Gruyere cheese, Herbs of Provence, the yeast, the feta and to finish the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Fill 2/3 full, a buttered and floured cake mold.
  3. Bake in the oven (about 300°F) for 45-50 min.
  4. Let it cool on a rack, cut in slices when it is cold.
  5. Eat with a cocktails, or with an entree...:)

Oh my goodness! I've got to make this!
The picture is making me soooo hungry! Wish I could make it right now! I have the glass of wine to sip, but not any of the ingredients to make the bread! Guess I'll just have to sip the wine! LOL!!! =)

Oh boy! This is definitely filed to be made this summer with cherry tomatoes from my garden. So eloquent but also good eats.
