My dad used to use oatmeal a lot. {he made THE best meatloaf, it was never the same twice-I make mine just like that now too} I never would have thought of Cream of Wheat. I will definately try this. I think my dad would have loved this idea! Thanks for sharing.

What a great idea. I never would have thought about using cream of wheat. My parents always put oatmeal in anything they made with ground beef to make it go further and I bet the cream of wheat would work and taste just perfect.

In the oven baking now but I screwed up. Had everything going together when I reached for the cream of wheat and it turned out to be grits! Heres hoping for the best.
